    A true yoga nerd, Dom is known for his genuine passion for yoga. He believes that yoga has allowed him to find his dharma, and his true self. As the founder of Be One Yoga his vision is to allow others to do the same.

    Starting his yoga education at Hom Yoga, Dom completed his 200-hour teacher training under the guidance of Leah Kim, Nike’s Yoga Global Ambassador. His passion to deepen his knowledge and understanding of yoga led him to further his education, as he went on to complete his advanced yoga teacher training with Duncan Peak, Yin training with Sarah Powers and Budokon training with Cameron Shayne.

    With over 3000 hours of teaching under his belt, Dom guides a practice which leaves you physically aligned, emotionally empowered and mentally inspired. Expect a fun, fluid, dynamic class which will engage and challenge you from start to savasana.

  • Christine has been immersed in her yoga practice since the age of 14.

    What started as a curiosity over challenging movements, ultimately grew to become a deep appreciation of mindfulness and self-inquiry.

    She quickly began employing her practice as a tool to help navigate daily challenges; bringing yoga both on and off her mat. Currently in the final year of her B. Physiotherapy degree, Christine's knowledge of human anatomy inspires her teaching of safe and functional practices.

    Apart from sharing yoga, she's also a lover of the natural world and you'll find her rising up for animals, environmental awareness and all freedom fights in-between.

  • Grestine’s journey began when she was going through a difficult time in her life using yoga as an escape, soon turned into a passion that healed mental blockages as she dove into the practice further exploring what yoga means to her spiritually, emotionally and physically.

    Yoga has extended far beyond her expectation allowing her to cultivate the practice on and off the mat in her everyday life. She is enthusiastic to share the knowledge she has learnt to help others connect with themselves creating a safe space for them to feel at home.

    Grestine’s intention is to mindfully connect breath with movement allowing you tune into the present moment focusing on your mind and body.

  • Ivy started yoga on the suggestion of a physiotherapist and was surprised to find so much more beyond the physical benefits. A profound feeing of freedom, contentment and authenticity has kept Ivy returning to the mat.

    Wanting to gain a deeper understanding of yoga to share with others, Ivy undertook yoga teacher training with InYoga under the guidance of Nicole Walsh and Rod Galbraith in 2017. She has completed further training with InYoga, BodyMindLife and Arhanta.

    Ivy's classes encourage focus, self-compassion and self-inquiry. She truly believes we can all use yoga's timeless wisdom to benefit all aspects of daily life. You can expect to step off the mat feeling energised, restored and ready.

  • At 34 years old, a dedicated father of two, this James has seamlessly integrated exercise and movement into his daily life. His lifelong commitment to physical activity led him to the practice of yoga in 2017. He firmly upholds the belief that exercise and movement are indispensable for maintaining a well-balanced existence.

    As both a devoted vinyasa yoga practitioner and instructor, James acknowledges the uniqueness of every person's body. His approach to teaching centers on encouraging students to push their boundaries while ensuring joint safety through precise alignment cues. Witnessing the unwavering determination of his students as they strive for self-improvement and uplift those around them brings him immense joy.

    James' profound connection with yoga initially stemmed from its physical healing properties, which proved instrumental in overcoming back issues. Over time, it has evolved into his primary pursuit. Over the past few years, he has maintained a consistent meditation practice, a practice he considers essential in today's fast-paced and distraction-filled world. He also incorporates this invaluable practice into his teaching approach.

  • Jess stumbled upon yoga around four years ago and it was love at first savasana. Yoga for Jess was a practice that allowed her to journey inwards. In doing so, she slowly began peeling the layers away that had masked who she was at her core. She didn’t know it at the time, but this practice would lead her to deep healing and a thirst for guiding others on their own journey of healing.

    In her classes, you can expect to feel a sense of peace and inner spaciousness that whispers to you well after you’ve stepped off the mat. Jess takes you through a sequence that incorporates breath work, meditation and self-reflection, all leading towards learning a little more about yourself and who you truly are. Join Jess as she invites you to peel back layers of conditioning so that you step off your mat, more attuned with who you really are.

  • Sabrina is a passionate Physiotherapist & Yoga teacher. Her passion for human movement and holistic wellbeing began from childhood. After many years of competitive athletics & sports, Sabrina found Yoga to be the missing link in her movement. It was not only the physical transformation but more so the internal transformation that made her embark on her Yoga Journey.

    Sabrina is determined to help empower others through yoga and experience the transformative practice.

    Trained in Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Hatha Sabrina’s classes are a blend of flow and a slow, strong alignment-based practice. Her strong understanding of anatomy and movement makes her classes safe and accessible to all.

    Apart from practicing Yoga, Sabrina also has a love for running, lifting weights, nutrition, art and music!
