  • Since discovering yoga, Amy has always revelled in the way that a regular yoga practice sews it’s benefits through the rest of your life. She embodies this in a firm believe that the awareness yoga helps to bring allows us to truly let go in what ever form is needed for each individual at the time - whether physically, mentally or emotionally.

Amy teaches a dynamic flow and often incorporates strength-based movements into her classes. She loves the moment in class where you feel like you are seamlessly flowing and gears her sequences towards fostering this. Her most playful state can be found in backbends and quirky transitions. Her classes are structured to challenge while also nourishing each students sense of curiousity.

Drawing from an extensive wealth of knowledge, Amy began her teaching journey with a 200hr teacher training at Hom Yoga with Briohny Smyth and Dice Iida-Klein. After this she continued to build her knowledge through a 100hr Yin training with Sydney based Mel McLaughlin, a Yin Yang Mindfulness training with Sarah Powers, and 125hrs of further training with Patrick Beach and Carling Harps. She is currently expanding this knowledge further, delving into the world of Yoga Medicine with Tiffany Cruikshank’s myofascial release and anatomy focused courses.

  • Christine has been immersed in her yoga practice since the age of 14.

What started as a curiosity over challenging movements, ultimately grew to become a deep appreciation of mindfulness and self-inquiry.

She quickly began employing her practice as a tool to help navigate daily challenges; bringing yoga both on and off her mat. Currently in the final year of her B. Physiotherapy degree, Christine's knowledge of human anatomy inspires her teaching of safe and functional practices.

Apart from sharing yoga, she's also a lover of the natural world and you'll find her rising up for animals, environmental awareness and all freedom fights in-between.

  • Our bodies want to be happy and well, they work super hard to regain balance at all times. It’s possible to offer the body and the mind support through breath connection, intuitive movement and mindfulness in order to return back to a state of balance. Yoga became central to courtney’s life mainly for the therapeutic benefits and mental resilience that regular meditation and movement brings.

Her curiosity has led her to a path of self- discovery, philosophical teachings, spiritual disciplines, and yogic traditions. She’s devoted to sharing simple tools she’s learnt along the way that’s literally transformed her way of just being.

Courtney is passionate about sharing these tools and techniques to help nourish and restore you back to state of balance.

  • Danica is a Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, Health Coach and B. Sport & Exercise Science student. She’s passionate about health and movement and a firm believer in doing what you love and feeling good in all you do.

Danica came to yoga to help manage depression and anxiety. The practice allowed her to heal her relationship with herself, empowering and inspiring her to transform her body and mind for the better.

As an ex-martial artist practitioner with scoliosis and a history of chronic pain and injury, Danica’s focus lies on safe, strong and sustainable movement. She brings her knowledge of anatomy and physiology to yoga in classes that build strength, stability and mobility in creative ways. Her classes are fiery, challenging and fun.

When she’s not on the mat, Danica is making art, creating spaces and experiences, lying in the sun with her birds, or exploring the magic of her world.

  • Daniela discovered yoga as a teenager, but it wasn’t until years later when she walked into a yoga studio in Sydney that she fell in love with the practise. Even though it started as a merely physical practise, she soon came to the realisation that it had changed something on the inside. The practise shifted her quality of life in a way that she felt an expansion of awareness, gratitude, and togetherness.

Daniela has years of experience within gymnastics and dance and as a former dance teacher, it was a natural step for her to start to teach yoga and to pass on her knowledge. Her classes always incorporate mindfulness in each movement as well as pushing boundaries to see what more there is to discover. You will most likely find yourself upside down in one of her classes.

With an endless curiosity for the practice, she is continuously driven to explore and to learn. Together!

  • Grestine’s journey began when she was going through a difficult time in her life using yoga as an escape, soon turned into a passion that healed mental blockages as she dove into the practice further exploring what yoga means to her spiritually, emotionally and physically.

Yoga has extended far beyond her expectation allowing her to cultivate the practice on and off the mat in her everyday life. She is enthusiastic to share the knowledge she has learnt to help others connect with themselves creating a safe space for them to feel at home.

Grestine’s intention is to mindfully connect breath with movement allowing you tune into the present moment focusing on your mind and body.

  • Ivy started yoga on the suggestion of a physiotherapist and was surprised to find so much more beyond the physical benefits. A profound feeing of freedom, contentment and authenticity has kept Ivy returning to the mat.

Wanting to gain a deeper understanding of yoga to share with others, Ivy undertook yoga teacher training with InYoga under the guidance of Nicole Walsh and Rod Galbraith in 2017. She has completed further training with InYoga, BodyMindLife and Arhanta.

Ivy's classes encourage focus, self-compassion and self-inquiry. She truly believes we can all use yoga's timeless wisdom to benefit all aspects of daily life. You can expect to step off the mat feeling energised, restored and ready.

  • Jackson believes we tend to discover yoga at a time in our lives when we truly need it. Jackson found yoga during a lengthy recovery from an autoimmune disease, finding physical and mental benefits from regular practice. Quickly he knew he wanted to share and teach with others. Completing his teacher training at Be One under the guidance of Blair Hughes and Dom Nguyen in 2018, he has also completed training under Mel McLoughlin in Yin Yoga and energetics.

His approach to practice and teaching is simple: breath, movement, space.

A strong focus on breath to build awareness, calm the mind and draw you into the present. Classic yoga postures to develop a deeper understanding of our bodies. Restoring balance and creating strength and suppleness. Lastly, enough space for students to explore and find what the practice means to them on a deeper, personal level.

  • Jasenka (Jas) started practicing Yoga 8 years ago as part of her local gym; attending regular classes such as HIIT, Boxing, Zumba, Spin and Body Pump. Yoga was not necessarily something she was particularly drawn to from the start but as she started attending more and more classes, she was hooked!

Having personally experienced the benefits of Yoga she slowly started noticing the positive transformation it had on her general health, flexibility, recovery from muscle fatigue, resilience to deal with difficult situations, flexibility and not to mention a calmer, collected and more peaceful state of mind whether she was on the mat practicing or going about her daily life. These benefits started to translate positively on her busy corporate job, deeper and stronger relationships, and this is when she discovered that world would be a better place if she could spread the love and healing powers of yoga to others.

In 2019, she completed her Yoga Teacher Training with Balance Yoga Sydney and immersed herself in this ancient practice that goes beyond movement, breath and mindfulness. Jas’ focus is to take her students on their own yoga journey and reap the benefits that keep students wanting to explore their own limits, whilst being present in the moment and moving their body with loving kindness and consciousness. If there is one wish that she has for her students, it is that her students remain in a “state of yoga” on and off the mat. That’s when the real changes start to happen!

For Jas, its about making yoga accessible to everyone and by incorporating breathing techniques, deeply and consciously throughout the practice you will discover that your body is able to move in ways that you never thought would be possible, all whilst she provides her students with options from beginner through to advanced level practitioner.

Jas is also a Pilates teacher and forever upskilling and learning about nutrition, mindfulness, fitness, and this incredible functioning body that keeps on giving. Her classes are based on a mantra that “Yoga is about stilling the fluctuations of the mind and that’s when true nature will reveal itself”!

  • I first started my yoga journey back in 2015 and knew from the start it was something special and something that I wanted to share with the world.

I run my own design business fulltime as well as teach, which I find keeps me grounded and connected to my practice, especially when life gets a little crazy.

My favourite to teach is yin yoga where we can slow down and cultivate a strong mindfulness practice. Having this practice has helped me through many of

my own personal challenges, so it is very dear to my heart. Other than yoga, I love to spend time with my husband and dog going on adventures, cooking, reading and being creative.

On my days off you'll find me doing yoga or at the beach, my favourite place.

  • Jess stumbled upon yoga around four years ago and it was love at first savasana. Yoga for Jess was a practice that allowed her to journey inwards. In doing so, she slowly began peeling the layers away that had masked who she was at her core. She didn’t know it at the time, but this practice would lead her to deep healing and a thirst for guiding others on their own journey of healing.

In her classes, you can expect to feel a sense of peace and inner spaciousness that whispers to you well after you’ve stepped off the mat. Jess takes you through a sequence that incorporates breath work, meditation and self-reflection, all leading towards learning a little more about yourself and who you truly are. Join Jess as she invites you to peel back layers of conditioning so that you step off your mat, more attuned with who you really are.

  • I took my first vinyasa yoga class when I was 14 years old and I’ll be honest, I hated it.

But my mother kept bringing me along and I quickly started to notice that these new movements, poses and breathing cues demanded so much of my attention that I realised, I was essentially practising and learning real presence and awareness. Something that was deeply transformative and has since set forth a pursuit of deepening a personal practice on the mat and within living.

I have taught for 7 years sharing what I practise, a keen interest in anatomy and a deep appreciation and reverence for all who show up to the mat. I like to offer strong but accessible classes with particular care and attention to breath as a starting point towards cultivating strength, safe movement and play. Specifically, I look for and encourage moments of subtlety within each asana (posture/pose) or movement where alignment, breath or mental details are noticed and observed with clarity and presence. I will lead practices that will challenge, affirm and support you. Wherever you are at, however you are.

Aside from a deep love of yoga, I am a busy uni student finishing my final year in Geography and Sociology. In between essays, you will see me on the mat, practising alongside you!

  • Since first beginning his Yoga journey in early 2018, Obi quickly became addicted to yoga and the feeling you get when finishing both intense and relaxing sessions. Starting to go at least 6 times a week to classes, even multiple times a day sometimes gave Obi a healthy routine he's never had before. After a couple of years of a committed practice Obi wanted to dive deeper into the world of Yoga and decided the only way to do that would be to complete his Yoga Teacher Training.

Completing both his Vinyasa YTT and Yin YTT with PowerLiving Yoga Australia in 2021, Obi found a deeper understanding of Yoga and a stronger personal practice and a strong feeling of excitement of wanting to share this with family and friends and also sharing this knowledge with everyone he could and being a continuous student himself.

Obi's Vinyasa classes are usually sequenced in a simple way that everyone can obtain and has ways of pushing you if you want to deepen your Yoga practice and push yourself more. Yin classes are as relaxing and blissful as can be! Obi also likes to add humour and fun to all his classes because he is a firm believer that Yoga is like life and shouldn't be taken too seriously.

  • Rebecca discovered yoga whilst working in a an unfulfilling job as a lawyer. Initially inspired by the tangible physical benefits, with time she noticed a mental shift too. It became clear to her that although many of us tick all the boxes in the material world, we do not take time to cultivate our internal world, so we feel a void. Yoga can give that spiritual fulfilment as a system of techniques. You don’t even have to excel at these techniques. Just keep showing up on the mat and using them, and you will see positive results.

It soon became apparent to Rebecca that she should share yoga’s various benefits through teaching. She now has 1800+ hours of teacher training. Her 200 hour foundational training was with Power Living and she then undertook a further 400 hours at Body Mind Life, including advanced sequencing and yoga philosophy.

Rebecca's classes are all about playfully testing limits. She uses her gymnastics background as a tool to gently encourage students to explore outside of their comfort zone. She is creative in her sequencing and joyful in her message, aiming to make her classes fun, educational and, at times, challenging....There is nothing quite like a well earned savasana!

  • “Yoga does not just change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees.” – B.K.S. Iyengar

Steph’s yoga journey began as a tentative exploration of asanas on her living room floor. At the time, it took her a full 6 months of home practice before gaining the confidence to join a class. Once she began a regular practice and found inspiring teachers, the chatter in her mind began to quieten.

Yoga has taught Steph to approach not just her practice, but in time herself and the world around, with patience and compassion. Yoga allows Steph space to feel, a space to reflect away from the daily demands of our modern life that is so often geared to move us away from our True Self. It has reignited a belief that she is part of something greater than herself, and allows Steph to celebrate the spirit of Love both on and off the mat.

Together, we will focus on full body awareness through a dynamic yet empowering vinyasa class with nurture from plenty of hands on assists. Steph encourages contemplation, acceptance, and self love in the quiet spaces of the mind; often the most challenging aspect of our practice. She is truly passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga, beyond its physical practice, to our community.

  • Thana's yoga journey began in 2013 when he discovered Bikram yoga, when he stepped out of that first class he knew straight away that what he wants to do for the rest of his life.

He also discovered Vipassana Meditation which had a big impact and completely transformed him to a better version of himself.

Thana merges an asana practice with philosophical elements sharing the physical and mental transformations a yoga practice can bring to students in an inspiring and passionate way.

Thana’s classes are mindful, creative and lighthearted. He loves creating playlists to go with each sequence to weave the rhythms of breath and music together.

With 800+ hours of teacher training, he has been fortunate to learn from beloved teachers such as Maty Ezraty, Shiva Rea , Noelle Connelly, Simon Park, Kat Clayton , Joanne Gates and Jo Phee.

He is experienced in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Myo-yin & Meditation, his classes are rhythmic and flowing with a slow and strong pace that challenges the body and integrates the mind.
